About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Product Engineer to lead product strategy and execution across blockchain-powered transformation initiatives. You will work closely with a core engineering team and report directly to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain adoption within traditional business structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term product roadmap to disrupt legacy industries with blockchain technology
• Collaborate with the engineering team to execute technical plans for blockchain infrastructure
• Spearhead the design and development of on-chain user applications for seamless onboarding experiences
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and optimize user engagement
• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep product offerings innovative and competitive

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience as a Product Engineer or Software Engineer in a fintech, crypto, or technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and interoperability protocols
• Proven track record of launching successful products that drive significant user engagement and business value
• Ability to write code for user-facing front-end applications (React, TypeScript, Next.js, Solidity)
• Strong interest in crypto and enthusiasm for the company’s mission
