Responsibilities:
- SupporttheProjectDirectorinstrategicbusinessdecisionsrelatedtotheassignedProject.
- ManagestheAdministrative,FinancialandControlfunctionsofthebusinessunit(s)includingpayroll,accountspayable,HR,GeneralServices,IT,andCostControl.
- EnsurestheaccountinginaccordancewithIAS/USGAAPandcompanystandards.
- PreparethebudgettwiceayearalongsidetheOperationsManager.
- Reviewandanalyzeprojectrevenueandcosttoensureperformanceinaccordancewiththeprojections.
- ProvidemonthlyreportingforeachprojecttotheAreaAdministrative,FinancialandControlsManager.
- AssistOperationsManagementinanalyzingprojectactualresultscomparedtobudgetandforecast.
- ProvideOperationsManagementwithprojectresultsandcashflowinformation.
- EnsurethesystemsandprocessesadoptedbythebusinessunittobeinlinewithCompany'sprocedure.
- AssistOperationsManagementinupdatingcashflowforecastsandmonitoringbudgettoactualcashflowattheProjectLevel.
- Superviseandapproveprocurementactivities.
- Recommendpoliciesandproceduresrelatingtothefinancialandbusinesspracticesofthecompany.
- Monitorthefinancialoperationsoftheassignedareatoensurecompliancewithbudgets.
- CarryoutjobdutieswhilemaintainingLanevalues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sDegreeinAccounting/Financeorequivalent
- 5-10yearsofrelatedexperience(dependingonthecomplexityoftheBusinessUnit)
- Musthavesupervisoryexperience
- Insurance/Payrollandbudgetingexperiencerequired
- EnterpriseResourcePlanningexperiencerequired
- KnowledgeofUSGAAPorIAS/IFRSaccountingprinciplesandfinancialmanagement
- CPApreferred
- Constructionorlong-termcontractexperiencerequired
