- Performs validation of weekly and monthly payroll.
- Performs general ledger account reconciliations.
- Resolves day-to-day payroll issues of varied complexity and scope.
- Assists with software updates and testing.
- Manages unclaimed property.
- Prepares analysis and develops key metrics (e.g., timecard reporting).
- Assists in documentation of department SOPs.
- Assists the field with questions and training.
- Prepares monthly payroll accruals.
- Troubleshoots system and payroll issues.
- Reviews payroll inbox and either addresses or assigns email.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
