- Assists with developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Completes the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Supports employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace issues in alignment with company policies and in partnership with management.
- Assists with the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment and communication of plan changes.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assists with the annual performance management processes.
- Facilitates training and holds informational sessions.
- Processes payroll changes and supports leave of absence administration.
- Participates in various ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and federal and local regulations to ensure HR compliance and efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
