This role will be onsite at Lane's Alcosan Tunnel Project in Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Handles both office and field responsibilities to meet the project requirements, including implementation of scheduled work and tracking data.
- Assists in the scheduling and planning of project activities.
- Prepares cost and time estimates to aid in meeting budget.
- Performs take-offs.
- Creates submittals.
- Assists with survey activities.
- Tracks job quantities and costs during project activities.
- Identifies conflicts between design plans and onsite conditions.
- Coordinates with third party utility providers to ensure all utilities are identified and located prior to work execution.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
