The Role:

As a Standby Motorcoach Driver, you’re a critical link in a smooth, safe, and enjoyable travel journey. Responsibilities include:

• Performing routine fueling and basic vehicle cleaning tasks
• Assisted route drivers with timely vehicle swaps to maintain route efficiency
• Served as a standby driver, stepping in to complete routes, when required, by operating Landline motorcoaches safely, responsibly, on schedule along routes, and in all weather conditions
• Providing a welcoming, courteous experience to all passengers
• Assisting with loading and unloading baggage and cargo (up to 70 lbs per item; may involve carts with multiple pieces)
• Completing all DOT and company documentation accurately and promptly
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while in uniform and on duty

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A or B CDL with passenger and airbrake endorsements
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Excellent driving record
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing (this is a safety-sensitive position)
• Ability to work a 4AM - 12PM (Noon) shift, five days per week
