The Role:
As a Motorcoach Driver, you are more than just a driver—you’re a critical link in a smooth, safe, and enjoyable travel journey. Responsibilities include:
- Operating Landline motorcoaches safely, responsibly, and on schedule along routes.
- Providing a welcoming, courteous experience to all passengers
- Assisting with loading and unloading baggage and cargo (up to 70 lbs per item; may involve carts with multiple pieces)
- Completing all DOT and company documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while in uniform and on duty
- Performing routine fueling and basic vehicle cleaning tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class A or B CDL with passenger and airbrake endorsements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing (this is a safety-sensitive position)
