  • Coordinate incident-prevention practices, emergency preparedness, key and access-control procedures, and response protocols with department leaders.
  • Assist with the review and documentation of accidents, property damage, security incidents, and other loss events, while maintaining confidentiality and following established reporting procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable OSHA requirements, fire and building codes, health department standards, environmental requirements, and other governmental regulations.
  • Promote safe work practices, required personal protective equipment, proper chemical handling, lockout/tagout procedures, and contractor safety standards.

Sustainability and Beyond Green

  • Serve as an active member of The Lake House Beyond Green Committee and participate in meetings, action planning, reporting, and property sustainability initiatives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to reduce energy and water consumption, improve equipment efficiency, extend asset life, and reduce waste without compromising guest comfort or service quality.
