About The Role
Client Services Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Client Services team on the full client lifecycle — from prospective family intake through ongoing partnership and school collaboration.
You Will
- Handle intake conversations with sophistication and discernment
- Assess student needs and confidently articulate our executive-functioning curriculum
- Translate complex learning challenges into clear, actionable service recommendations
- Build trust with high-expectation families
- Help strengthen relationships with school counselors, administrators, and educational partners

Schedule Details
- Must be available to work until 5pm PST Monday-Thursday
- Must be available to work until 4pm PST Friday
- Handle some prospective family intake conversations
- Clearly and confidently present The Ladder Method curriculum and coaching model
- Work on client onboarding and ensure a seamless, concierge-level experience
- Serve as a point of contact for families
- Work within a client services team, potentially managing 1 or 2 team members
- Assist with strategic outreach to school contacts to deepen partnerships
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with counselors and administrators
- Identify opportunities to improve client retention and satisfaction
- Work in HubSpot records and communication systems
- Collaborate with leadership to refine client experience strategy
- Proactively work within systems and processes that elevate service delivery
- 3 years of experience in education, admissions, client services, or relationship-driven leadership roles
- Understanding of the K–12 educational landscape
- Familiarity with ADHD and executive functioning challenges
- Ability to speak fluently and confidently about academic coaching frameworks
- Experience managing high-touch relationships
- Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
- Highly organized with strong operational instincts
- Self-starting, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Background as a teacher, school counselor, learning specialist, or education administrator strongly preferred
