What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Client Services (Contract) position at The L.A. Office?
We are looking for a strategic, organized individual with a strong background in client services for a temporary contract starting in the new year (with potential to lead into a full-time role). Overall, this role will be responsible for communicating and building relationships with Corporate Members, event attendees, sponsors, and speakers.
Term:
Full time, hybrid starting early 2026 for 3 months.
Responsibilities:
The L.A. Office Corporate & VIP Membership
- Assist VP, Client Services & Membership in maintaining relationships with a number of Corporate Members, which include entertainment, non-profit, and brand companies
- Connect with Members often to stay updated on their partnership priorities and help them stay connecting with the marketing community
- Deliver exposure to each company’s initiatives across MarketingPartnerships.com, the LastCall.news newsletter, and LinkedIn
- Track, maintain, and grow the VIP Membership program, introducing more individual partnership marketers to VIP benefits
MarketingPartnerships.com, MarketingPartnerships newsletter, and LinkedIn
- Maintain, refresh, and update online content (partnership opportunities, partnerships, TV Spots, etc.) on MarketingPartnerships.com
- Give site tours to Corporate and VIP members and manage outreach/troubleshooting
- Research industry news and updates and contribute content to bi-weekly newsletters
- Spearhead social media engagement and promotion of Member activities
Event Planning
- Identify and reach out to new brand marketers to participate in our events
- Assist in speaker and sponsor planning and deliverables (presentations, materials, etc.)
