Senior Wealth Advisor – Partnership & Succession Opportunity


Overview:

We are seeking an established Wealth Advisor who is interested in joining a growing, planning-focused wealth management firm in the Denver market. This opportunity is ideal for an advisor with an existing client base who wants to leverage a stronger platform, enhanced resources, succession planning support, and a collaborative team environment to better serve clients and accelerate growth.


The firm provides comprehensive financial planning, investment management, operations support, and institutional resources that allow advisors to spend more time focusing on client relationships and business development.


Who We're Looking For:

We're interested in speaking with advisors who have built strong, long-term client relationships and are seeking a long-term partnership opportunity rather than operating as a standalone practice.


Ideal candidates will possess:

  • An established, portable book of business generating approximately $250,000–$500,000 in recurring annual revenue
  • A predominantly fee-based practice
  • A history of strong client retention and relationship management
  • A clean compliance record
  • Experience serving mass affluent and high-net-worth households
  • A planning-centric approach to wealth management

Client & Business Profile

  • Average client household assets generally ranging from $500,000 to $2 million
  • Relationship-driven client base with strong advisor loyalty
  • Limited concentration in small transactional accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and retain client relationships


Business Model Alignment

  • Focus on long-term wealth management rather than transaction-based business
  • Interest in leveraging centralized planning, investment, and operational resources
