Gaia Wealth Management is actively seeking a highly motivated Financial Advisor to join our growing team. Our boutique wealth management firm is comprised of two fun, dedicated and compassionate people who care deeply about our clients and their financial lives. A successful candidate must embody our values of treating all people with respect, integrity, and delight.
Responsibilities & Activities:
· Provide delightful service to current and potential clients through meetings, communication, and account support
· Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their financial needs and objectives Actively build and support the growth of the business
· Prepare for client appointments and provide proactive follow-up accordingly
· Conduct securities-related transactions and help steward client’s wealth
· Attend and actively participate in client events and activities
· Continue and maintain up-to-date knowledge and training on all programs used for financial planning and research
· Build trust and foster relationships
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role
· Series 7, 66, Life and Health licenses required
· Bachelor’s Degree desired but not required
· CFP, CFA designations desired but not required
· Familiarity with wills, trusts, and estate law
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent attitude and demonstrates a team player mindset
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· An ability to manage and organize multiple tasks
· Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills
· Proficient with financial planning software and tools

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
