Immediate Hire of Administrative Assistant, full time.
An ideal candidate would be someone who has great time management, attention to detail, flexibility and organization skills to handle paperwork.
We are a busy plastic surgery office looking for an individual to assist in clerical duties such as answering phones, scanning & shredding documents, directing calls to appropriate staff, preparing messages, auditing paperwork and entering data into our EMR system.
No experience is required. We are willing to train the right applicant.
