We’re currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to work in our Westlake Village office. This is a hands-on role that combines administrative tasks with creative responsibilities like social media management, writing, recruiting, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our matchmaking team
- Assist with all day-to-day tasks and office operations
- Create and manage content for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Write engaging blog posts and articles related to dating and relationships
- Join and coordinate Zoom calls and meetings with clients
- Help recruit and screen potential new clients
- Professionally communicate with elite clients via phone, email, and in person
- Support in organizing events, maintaining databases, and assisting with any office needs
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Comfortable on Zoom and working directly with clients
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Friendly and professional with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in administration, writing, or social media preferred
- Interest in dating, relationships, or client services is a bonus

- Pay will start at $21 per hour for 45 days then it will go up to $22 per hour. The hours to start would be 9-2 M-F and can work more hours after the first few months of training.
