The Krusteaz Company is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team! The Business Analyst supports enterprise business processes and systems by serving as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Supply and Demand Planning, and related application areas. The role translates business needs into clear requirements and process documentation and contributes to testing, training, issue resolution, implementation, and post-deployment support, with Oracle Fusion Cloud experience preferred.

Hybrid Work Model: At The Krusteaz Company, we have in-office "core days" of Tuesdays and Wednesdays where all corporate employees are expected to be onsite. Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays are flexible remote days to allow for work/life balance. You may be asked to come in outside of a core day from time to time, based on business needs. Salary Information: An employee in this position based out of Washington State can expect a salary range between $100,334 and $150,054. We typically pay out between $106,000 and $115,000. An employee in this position not based out of Washington State can expect a salary range between $91,212 and $136,413. We typically pay out between $97,000 and $110,000. The actual salary offered will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including internal equity, experience, education, certification, training, and location. All positions are eligible for additional incentives based on business performance.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone along with reaching. Specific vision abilities include close vision requirements due to computer work. Moderate noise, ability to work in a confined area, and ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time.

- Analyze business needs and current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Document business processes, system requirements, workflows, test scenarios, and user guidance to support shared understanding and solution delivery.
- Support system changes, enhancements, and upgrades by preparing data, executing tests, validating results, and assisting with post-deployment stabilization.
- Coordinate initial issue triage by gathering evidence, documenting impacts, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical or functional teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, technology teams, and vendors to clarify needs, communicate change impacts, and contribute to successful implementations.
- Assist with user training, deployment readiness, and on-site implementation support, including travel as business needs require.
- Ability to analyze business needs, organize information, solve problems, and communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, collaborate effectively, and contribute to project and support activities.
- Working knowledge of emerging technology trends and the ability to apply that knowledge to identify and implement business solutions that support organizational objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across functions and levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, with additional travel as needed to support business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, ERP support, or a related operational environment.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or a comparable ERP platform, including SCM/WMS workflows, integrations and data reconciliation, OTBI reporting, access validation, and initial issue triage preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, inventory, warehousing, or order management preferred.
