What You'll Have Access To Consistent buyer and seller lead opportunities Zillow Flex and online lead generation Follow Up Boss CRM with proven workflows Dotloop transaction management Recruiting systems and onboarding processes Marketing support Leadership coaching and bi-weekly Team Leader Masterminds Transaction coordination and operational support Multiple Income Streams
Unlike a traditional real estate team, your income isn't limited to the homes you personally sell.
You'll earn through:
Your Own Sales Continue selling real estate while receiving qualified leads.
Team Production Earn additional income as your agents close transactions.
Revenue Share Build long-term recurring income by attracting productive agents to the brokerage.
