What You’ll Be Doing Follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments Show homes and assist clients through the purchase or sale process Negotiate contracts and manage deals through closing Build referral business and long-term client relationships Use CRM technology to manage pipeline and communication Participate in training, coaching, and team collaboration opportunities Who We’re Looking For Agents seeking more lead flow and better support systems Self-motivated professionals focused on growth and production Realtors ready to build a scalable and sustainable business Team-oriented agents who value collaboration and accountability Licensed real estate agents in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage follow-up and client communication consistently Familiarity with MLS platforms, CRMs, and transaction processes preferred Goal-oriented mindset with strong work ethic Active Real Estate License in DE, MD, PA, and/or NJ Compensation Schedule Commission-Based Position Potential Earnings: $60,000 – $200,000 annually Performance-based bonus opportunities available Flexible schedule with weekend availability encouraged
