Accounting/Business Assistant Position
Boutique Music Booking Agency seeking full time Business Assistant with an excellent work ethic. Applicants must be organized, resourceful and detail-oriented, with an interest in music and entertainment industries.
Job Description-
• Versatile role that provides administrative and operational support to the accounting and executive teams
• Execute data entry, record keeping, and accounting tasks
• Enter and manage data, and uniformly maintain records including electronic and hard copy filing systems
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication, facilitating information flow to TKO employees and clients; including to artist management, concert promoters, or record labels when requested
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reporting, and act as necessary backup for other team members
• Position is office based in Nashville, TN
Qualifications-
• Must be local to the Nashville area
• 2 years minimum administrative experience. Administrative or accounting role in a music based, sales or business office a plus
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; must prioritize and manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and complete tasks with accuracy
• Must have excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills
• Ability to take direction and work well with others
• Shows initiative, solution-oriented and a problem-solver
• Proficient with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
