What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Assistant-Evenings-full-time position at The King's Daughters' School?
Join our team and help create life-changing experiences for clients ages 7-40 with developmental disabilities.
Current shifts available:
- Full-time-Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm (40 hrs/week)
- PRN-to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary
Job duties include:
- Caring for clients with intellectual disabilities and autism
- Assisting clients with daily living skills and goals
- Ensuring that clients are participating in planned activities
No experience with developmental disabilities? No problem! We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.
What we need from you:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions)
- Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients.
- Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire
