- Operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, stock, and organize materials and equipment.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying product details and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Prep and package orders for shipment, ensuring compliance with company and carrier requirements.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience operating a stand-up reach forklift (required)
- 1 year of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related role preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods
- Frequent reaching, bending, and material handling
- Exposure to moderate noise, inks, and chemicals
- PPE may be required depending on the task
