Our Scottsdale-based client is an established leader in its industry seeking a Senior Analyst or Manager to support both FP&A and M&A initiatives. This individual will work closely with the VP of Finance playing a key role in financial planning, analysis and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily cash activity and develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support business operations
- Prepare financial analyses related to liquidity, working capital and lending requirements
- Perform variance analysis, develop financial models and provide insights to support strategic decisions
- Assist with acquisition-related financial activities, including due diligence, integration and financial reporting
- Assist with lender reporting, debt compliance and treasury-related deliverables
- Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts and monthly financial performance reporting
- Partner with accounting, operations and executive leadership to improve financial reporting and streamline processes
- Participate in special projects, system enhancements and other corporate finance initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or public accounting
- Strong understanding of M&A, forecasting, financial reporting and cash flow management
- Experience working with debt reporting or acquisition-related activities is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using ERP or financial reporting systems
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity or acquisitive environment is preferred
