The Keller Group is looking for a proven Brand Manager with classic CPG training to bring expertise and leadership to a
well-established, respected organization in the Greater Phoenix area (offering relocation assistance). This is a
high-visibility role where you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of products,
leading cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives that build incremental
growth and long-term brand equity.
As Brand Manager, you’ll act as the owner of your
business, blending strategy with execution across portfolio
management, consumer insights, innovation, and campaign development. With
exposure to P&L and senior leadership, this role is designed to prepare you
for advancement, offering a clear path to Senior Brand Manager for those who
demonstrate strong performance and leadership.
Brand Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Shape Brand Growth: Drive
portfolio performance by analyzing market trends, rationalizing SKUs, and
identifying opportunities for innovation and new product introductions.
- Turn Insights into Action: Translate consumer, customer, competitive, and culinary data into strategies
that fuel growth and differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
- Lead from Concept to Launch: Partner with cross-functional teams from initial scoping and kickoff through
commercialization and post-launch evaluation, ensuring flawless execution at
every stage.
- Champion Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand plans across channels, managing the full marketing
mix (positioning, product assortment, pricing, promotion, placement, and
packaging) as both consumer advocate and brand steward.
- Bring Campaigns to Life: Oversee integrated marketing efforts spanning advertising, PR, sponsorships,
events, packaging, and digital/paid media to amplify brand visibility and
engagement.
- Activate at Retail: Design and
execute retail-specific activation strategies that connect with shoppers and
drive conversion in-store and online.
- Elevate Brand Sponsorships: Build and manage high-impact partnerships—including collaborations with
professional sports teams—to expand brand reach, drive consumer loyalty, and
strengthen community presence.
- Create Impactful Campaigns: Develop compelling briefs and oversee campaign execution while monitoring and
analyzing results to optimize effectiveness.
- Fuel Sales Growth: Collaborate
with sales and analytics teams to deliver competitive sell-in presentations,
trade programs, and promotional materials that unlock incremental growth
opportunities.

Requirements
Brand Manager Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA strongly preferred.
- Experience: 4 years in brand
or product management within CPG or beverage industries.
- Analytics: Proficiency with
market data tools such as Circana/IRI or Nielsen preferred; strong analytical
skills and solid business acumen required.
- Financial Acumen: Prior P&L
management or exposure is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel capabilities.
