Schedule: Primarily afternoon/evening shifts (approximately 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Assist with prep work, station breakdown, and other back-of-house responsibilities
- Collaborate with chefs and team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- High-volume kitchen experience strongly preferred
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-oriented
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods
- Passion for food quality, hospitality, and teamwork
