The Junction Restaurant & Provisions is seeking a professional, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. We are an upscale casual restaurant focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences through elevated food, craft cocktails, curated wines, and genuine hospitality.
We're looking for someone who can do more than make drinks—we want a bartender who can create memorable experiences, build relationships with guests, and contribute to a positive team culture.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Engage guests with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
- Make recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and company standards
- Assist with bar prep, inventory, stocking, and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience preferred
- Craft cocktail and wine knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability
