About The Role:

The Juicery is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and highly organized Customer Relations Manager to take full ownership of customer communication and care. This role is about building relationships, telling our story, and creating WOW experiences that are personal, thoughtful, and above-and-beyond.

You’ll be the voice of The Juicery across social media, email and text marketing, reviews, events, and more: treating customers like friends, bringing our brand values to life, and making every interaction feel authentically The Juicery. You’ll work closely with management to implement fresh ideas and elevate the customer experience. This role offers growth and the opportunity to shape customer relations and brand experience across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Brand Voice

  • Own all customer-facing communication channels, including social media, email marketing, text campaigns, and reviews.
  • Engage with customers daily: responding to messages, comments, reviews, emails and feedback in a timely, upbeat, and on-brand way.
  • Create authentic connections by treating customers like friends and making The Juicery part of their routine.

Social Media & Content Ownership

Coordinate all aspects of social media marketing, including:

  • Organizing and directing photo shoots
  • Indexing and managing content libraries
  • Planning, editing, posting, and tracking content across platforms
  • Engaging with followers and monitoring trends
  • Ensure content reflects The Juicery’s brand, tone, and commitment to exceptional customer experience.

Email, Text & Campaign Marketing

  • Design and implement email and text marketing campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and excitement.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from campaigns to continuously improve performance.

Branding & In-Store Experience

  • Own brand consistency across all customer-facing platforms, including social media, third-party delivery, catering, email, and in-store experiences, ensuring a clear and consistent brand presence.
  • Design and implement in-store branding materials such as signage, product labels, menus, and promotional materials.
  • Help create a cohesive, welcoming, and elevated in-store experience that reinforces our brand and values.
  • Generate ideas for retail products, promotional branding, and monthly specials.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Organize, coordinate, and attend marketing and community events.
  • Help bring The Juicery brand to life through thoughtful, engaging experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Perform market analysis and research on competitors.
  • Assist the management team with creative ideas and execution to support broader marketing and customer experience goals.
  • Distribute marketing materials and support initiatives across locations.

Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of design and marketing software (e.g. Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, efficient, creative, and proactive: someone who truly takes ownership.
  • Passion for healthy living and a strong understanding of (or desire to learn) The Juicery brand.
  • A genuine love for customer service and creating meaningful, positive experiences.
