An ideal Manager at The Juice House is outgoing, energetic, and experienced in working in fast-paced food establishments. You will be on your feet for your entire shift, taking orders, preparing menu items, guiding the staff and overseeing the overall operation. Think of this like role like a combination of a customer service manager, kitchen manager and a party host all wrapped up in one!
Compensation:
Base wage of $20-23 per hour based on experience, with room to grow.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and staff supervision:
- Hire, train and oversee all staff
- Oversee operations
- Ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment at all times. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Work as a member of the team, leading by example, to prepare menu items that look beautiful, taste delicious and are prepared to standard
- Resolving customer inquiries of all kinds
- Managing appropriate levels of inventory
- Managing food cost being mindful of waste and proper usage of produce
- Scheduling the team and managing staff requests for time off
- Participate in food prep responsibilities during operations
- Oversee catering orders and coordinate with staff for efficient service
- Store opening and closing
- Handle cash and all transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
