What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager — Juice Hub NJ Locations position at Juice Hub?
You'll support daily operations across your location — leading the floor, coaching your team, maintaining product quality, and owning the customer experience from open to close. This isn't a "fill-in" management role. You're the standard-setter on shift.
What you'll do:
- Lead the team on the floor and model the service standard
- Train and coach staff on recipe execution, customer engagement, and station protocols
- Manage POS operations, cash handling, and shift reporting
- Ensure product quality and ingredient standards are met on every order
- Oversee opening/closing procedures and daily prep
- Flag and resolve operational issues — and bring solutions, not just problems
What we're looking for
- 2 years of food service experience, with at least 1 in a supervisory or lead role
- Morning availability required; flexible schedule a must
- Strong communicator who holds their team accountable — with respect
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-directed
- Passion for clean food, wellness, or nutrition is a genuine plus
- Ability to lift 25 lbs; must be 18
