Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually

Description: One of our best clients is currently seeking a shift manager.

They are seeking an experienced and motivated Night Warehouse Manager to oversee our overnight operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and knows how to lead a team effectively. Responsibilities

• Manage all night-shift warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead, train, and support warehouse associates
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
• Monitor workflow and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Coordinate with day-shift leadership to ensure smooth transitions
• Address operational or equipment issues promptly
• Track and report nightly performance metrics
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution center leadership experience
• Strong communication and team‑building skills
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, processes, and safety standards
• Willingness to work overnight hours
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
