Description:
As V.P. of Client Success, you will play a pivotal role in improving client experience, fostering customer relationships and identifying/pursuing opportunities to grow backend sales. This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a passion for driving client success.
VIP Account Management:
● Oversee relationships with strategic accounts. Assure internal teams are meeting
high-standards of support, product quality and backend sales pursuits.
● Assure internal teams understand the client’s business goals, and that we are
providing tailored solutions.
● Build relationships with clients to identify marketing needs and establish trust
Strategic Planning:
● Work with AM’s to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned
with client objectives and industry best practices.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and execute strategies
effectively.
Client Retention:
● Proactively identify and address client concerns to ensure high levels of
retention.
● Implement retention strategies and initiatives to minimize churn and increase
client longevity.
● Identify areas for improvement to elevate client experience through new tools,
software, etc.
Account Growth:
● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
● Collaborate and support the AM team to enhance strategy, identify opportunity,
and drive account growth.
● Develop and execute plans for account expansion, ensuring clients are aware of
additional services and capabilities C Squared offers.
● Travel for in person client meetings to build relationships with key accounts and
identify opportunities for additional services.
● Develop strategic sales programs for Account Managers with
training/tracking/support.
Position Requirements:
● Minimum of 4 years of progressive account management experience
● Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience
● Strong business and sales acumen
● Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal
● Ability to communicate with C-Suite level executives on marketing strategies,
budgets, and troubleshooting.
● Experience leading initiatives
● Ability to read, understand, and report campaign data
● Proven ability to build report with clients
● High attention to detail
● Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
