Store Manager
Growing grocery retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all facets of store operations. This position is responsible for achieving financial and operational goals while delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers and fostering a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations and department performance
- Drive sales growth and labor efficiency
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop store associates and department leaders
- Ensure outstanding customer service and merchandising standards
- Maintain operational excellence and execution throughout the store
- Monitor inventory, shrink, and key business metrics
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Store Manager experience
- Understanding of sales, labor management, and store financials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check

- Extensive grocery industry experience

Compensation & Benefits:
- This position offers a competitive base salary of $70,000-$80,000, along with an annual bonus opportunity and the potential for additional earnings through 6th-day overtime pay. The schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Sundays and Tuesdays off. A relocation package is available for qualified candidates, and the company provides a comprehensive benefits package.
