SSO Platform Support Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Dallas, TX; Columbus, OH; San Francisco, CA; hybrid

Contract: W2, 12 months

Our client is looking someone who is experienced IAM/SSO production support engineer who can own authentication systems, troubleshoot deeply, and handle critical access outages.


What We’re Looking for someone who can:


  • Support and maintain Single Sign‑On (SSO) systems
  • Upgrade and configure SSO tools
  • Proactive/on‑call duty and join urgent incident calls with leadership.
  • SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.


What You’ll Do:

  • Support and troubleshoot SSO integrations in a distributed, highly available environment.
  • Work with protocols like OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
  • Participate in on-call rotations (remote) for critical production incidents.

Salary : $55 - $57
