SSO Platform Support Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Dallas, TX; Columbus, OH; San Francisco, CA; hybrid
Contract: W2, 12 months
This position is part of the Platform Support, Production & Operations team, responsible for supporting multiple Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions integrated across thousands of enterprise applications. SSO is mission-critical—any failure can trigger major incidents impacting access across the organization.
What We’re Looking for someone who can:
- Support and maintain Single Sign‑On (SSO) systems
- Upgrade and configure SSO tools
- Proactive/on‑call duty and join urgent incident calls with leadership.
- SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and troubleshoot SSO integrations in a distributed, highly available environment.
- Work with protocols like OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
- Participate in on-call rotations (remote) for critical production incidents.
Salary : $69 - $73
