Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life cycle recruiting efforts for complex, high-impact roles across multiple locations. This individual will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates throughout the selection process.
This role requires a strategic recruiter who can balance hands-on execution with long-term workforce planning, brand representation, and continuous improvement of recruiting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full life cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
- Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines
- Guide candidates through the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience
- Act as a brand ambassador across professional networks, talent communities, and recruitment platforms
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all recruiting activity within an applicant tracking system
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality and timeline expectations
- Continuously assess recruiting processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Proven expertise in full life cycle recruiting for mid-level to senior professional roles
- Experience recruiting across multiple locations and managing national or multi-location searches
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and manage expectations
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, governance, and process adherence
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using enterprise applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools
- Familiarity with modern recruitment technologies such as AI-enabled sourcing, automation tools, and candidate engagement platforms
- Experience recruiting for contract-focused, compliance-driven, or regulated environments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
