What You'll Do
- Lead AI-focused workflows across the full SDLC using tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code
- Design and implement solutions using Java, Spring Framework, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, PCF)
- Work hands-on with Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) in production environments
- Drive legacy-to-modern platform modernization (Mainframe/COBOL → Java/MongoDB)
- Champion agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and spec-driven AI development across the team
What You Bring
- 7 years of Java/Spring engineering experience in high-volume, cloud-native environments
- 2 years of hands-on AI/ML implementation and production deployment
- 6 years with containers, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Aerospike
- Practical familiarity with GenAI coding assistants in day-to-day engineering workflows
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, execution-driven mindset
Salary : $80 - $85
