Sales Representative (1124912)

Location: Newark, NJ

Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sales Representative

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new customer relationships across multiple market verticals
• Cross-sell capabilities between both companies to present full packaging programs
• Conduct on-site and virtual sales presentations
• Assess customer packaging needs and collaborate with internal design/engineering teams
• Manage sales pipeline and forecasting with discipline
• Support quoting, sample requests, product specifications, and order follow-through
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and on-site client visits
• Represent the company professionally as a confident brand ambassador
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience (packaging, print, supply chain, industrial, or manufacturing strongly preferred)
• College degree preferred
• Knowledge of corrugated packaging, rigid boxes, printing, or brand packaging is a strong plus
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer cost drivers
• Analytical skillset with the ability to interpret pricing, volumes, and manufacturing detail
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, resilient, and eager to win
• Must be located in the NJ / Tri-State region and able to travel throughout the market
