Description

The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Rochester, NY area.

Title: Quality Supervisor

Location: Rochester, NY

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000

Shift: 2nd

Responsibilities

• Manage factory operations to ensure efficient, high-quality production
• Achieve plant KPIs, budget targets, and project goals
• Develop and train plant personnel; supervise quality staff
• Ensure compliance with global procedures and local regulations
• Oversee quality of incoming, in-process, and finished goods
• Maintain and update SOPs and work instructions
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and lean initiatives
• Facilitate technical knowledge sharing across manufacturing units
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a technical field preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, Red Prairie, and WMS
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in lean manufacturing, engineering, budgeting, and quality systems
• Self-motivated with a positive, collaborative attitude
