Description
Our client is seeking a Project Manager.
This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between operations, sales and external partners and customers for the successful manufacturing of products.
- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for total project execution.
- Communicate to all concerned parties project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for information regarding product specs, production status related to product and/or program development.
- Drive improved customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but will consider additional experience in lieu of.
- Minimum of 3 years of project experience in a retail based company or in manufacturing.
- 3 years of project management experience
- Can manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent customer relationship skills and a strong ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including statistical reasoning and practical application of mathematical concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Outlook
