A growing food company located near Harrisonburg, VA is currently searching for a Production Supervisor with poultry experience.
In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed
Salary range for this position is $65-70k plus 10% bonus

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in protein conversion in a food production plant REQUIRED
- 2 years production lead or supervisor experience REQUIRED
- Experience in poultry REQUIRED
- Knowledge of Protein Conversion Operations. REQUIRED
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
