Production Supervisor (1109364)

Location: Gadsden, AL

Salary: $55,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Third Shift Production Supervisor within a food manufacturing facility.

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Oversee daily start-up and operation of production lines to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor machinery performance and maintain equipment at optimal standards.
• Verify that all workstations meet USDA inspection requirements.
• Champion workplace safety through daily practices and regular safety meetings.
• Manage shipments, inventory rotation, and product coding with accuracy.
• Communicate company benefits and compensation policies clearly to team members.
• Motivate, guide, and support associates to foster a positive work environment.
• Handle HR-related functions including training, retention, and counseling.
• Supervise multiple processing operations and coordinate with other supervisors to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records of reworked or returned products.
• Provide ongoing education to staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support production goals.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in poultry processing
• Strong understanding of production processes and ability to maintain control over operations.
• Proven ability to keep accurate records and documentation.
• General knowledge of line maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience in staffing, training, and team management
