Work Environment: Fully Onsite

Salary Range: $85,000–$100,000 annually (base salary)

Position Overview

The Plant Superintendent is responsible for leading floor production operations and coordinating daily manufacturing activities to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery. This role provides direct leadership to Production Supervisors and Team Leaders and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Description:

Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead day‑to‑day shipping, receiving, picking, staging, and put‑away operations.
• Ensure accurate movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support production schedules.
• Oversee outbound shipments, verifying counts, labels, pallet configuration, and carrier paperwork.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, lot tracking, and FIFO.
• Partner with Production, QA, and Maintenance to maintain smooth material flow.
• Train, coach, and supervise warehouse associates and forklift operators.
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA standards across all warehouse activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, audit‑ready warehouse environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3 years of warehouse experience; lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Background in food manufacturing, produce, or cold‑storage environments is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of shipping/receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (34–40°F) and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
