Plant Manager - Heavy Manufacturing/Machinery (1126948)

Location: Charleston, SC

Salary: $175,000.00 USD Annually - $185,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Plant Manager - Heavy Manufacturing/Machinery

• Progressive manufacturing leadership, including heavy manufacturing or machinery workshop experience.
• Demonstrated success in turning around or scaling manufacturing performance (delivery, quality, safety, and retention).
• Proven ability to build agile, high-performing teams and make fast, data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing ,ISO 9001, and OSHA compliance.
• Solid mechanical and technical aptitude, with hands-on familiarity with industrial equipment and fabrication.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems data analytics, and digital manufacturing tools.
• Experience collaborating with international teams preferred.
