About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist in Illinois to serve as the Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge for our onsite pharmacy in Lawrenceville, IL. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations, verifying prescriptions, and counseling patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate prescription records
- Fill prescriptions and ensure timely dispensing
- Conduct prescription verification for accuracy and compliance
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage and safety
- Manage inventory and ensure stock availability
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Pharmacist license with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- No weekends or overtime required
