Salary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a NPI Engineering Leader - Fabrication/Machining

• BS in Material Science, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Demonstrated experience in engineering, including experience in new product launches in industrial/automotive/aerospace industries
• Demonstrated supervisory or management experience
• Strong knowledge of financial data
• Competent working knowledge of processes, customer specifications, and quality systems
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional product teams
