MRO Repair Coordinator (1138241)

Location: Pembroke Pines, FL

Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually

Description

MUST HAVE: 3 years as a MRO-Repair Manager, Purchasing Agent or Repair Coordinator in a Part-145 station including dealing with maintenance, repair, and overhaul of components

MUST BE: A US citizen or a Green Card Holder

MUST BE: Local candidates only

WORKSITE: Onsite position, no remote applicants please ( Pembroke Pines, FL)

Experience

• Oversee quality, compliance and supply chain operations related to repair tracking
• Evaluate and confirm repair estimates from approved vendors
• Ensure adequate inventory to satisfy inventory for incoming orders
• Process (Approve or reject) estimates and quotes from vendors
• Negotiate pricing and terms for repairs
• Work with purchasing agents to procure piece parts at discounts for repairs
• Communicate with customers on status updates and warranty issue
• Process parts shipments, including drop-shipments to vendors, repair facilities, etc
• Track non-compliance (NCO) list issues and work with customer service and buyers to resolve problems
• Answer vendor quality and customer questionnaires.
• Oversee vendor audits and quality assurance documents
• Maintain the quality manual
