Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Weld
Location: Davenport, IA
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with both manual and robotic welding systems.
- Prior experience with Fanuc robotic welding equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities within automated and manual manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities and ambiguous situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and follow up on work orders, action items, and team communications.
- Detail-oriented with solid technical documentation and reporting capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in welding automation, preferably with Fanuc robotics, and a proven ability to quickly diagnose and resolve manufacturing issues during off-shift operations. This individual should be comfortable taking ownership of production support activities, working with minimal supervision, and driving operational efficiency through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Salary : $45 - $50
