Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical expertise and customer-focused support across enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Microsoft Windows platforms (Windows 7, Windows 10) across desktop and server environments.
- Troubleshoot and maintain networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and corporate enterprise domain systems.
- Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Outlook/Messaging, and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assist with Zoom conferencing and collaboration tools.
- Perform troubleshooting for mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
- Support virtualization technologies with basic knowledge of Citrix, VMware, VDI, and related platforms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring ownership and accountability throughout the resolution process.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibly accommodate occasional 24x7 shifts to support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) or other critical business-impacting events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Solid experience with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking and domain infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Basic conceptual knowledge of virtualization technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem ownership and resolution.
