Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Help Desk Agent to provide technical support and assistance to end‑users. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- System Access: Assist with password resets, account setup, and permissions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Escalation: Forward complex problems to higher‑level support teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and common applications.
- Familiarity with network connectivity and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior help desk or IT support experience preferred but not mandatory.
