Job Title: Business Analyst/ Implementation Analyst
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Analyst who excels at translating business needs into clear, testable requirements. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to drive discovery, ensure solution quality, and deliver measurable business value across the full delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Discovery
- Lead requirement discovery through structured questioning, stakeholder interviews, and research.
- Translate business needs into well-defined, testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios, including positive and negative cases.
- Validate outputs to ensure end-to-end solution integrity and alignment with requirements.
- Own the full testing lifecycle, including defect identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration & UAT
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and quality outcomes.
- Guide stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring clarity, engagement, and successful sign-off.
Prioritization & Delivery
- Drive value-based prioritization by balancing business impact, risk, and effort.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Support teams operating across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Core Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and align business requirements with technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, defect management, and validation processes.
- Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall frameworks, including documentation practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
