Project Manager – HR Project Lead Manager (Contract)
Los Angeles, CA 90032 | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Duration - 6–8-months contract - Extension possible based upon performance
We’re looking for an experienced HR Project Lead / Project Manager to drive high‑impact, enterprise‑level HR initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner with senior HR leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver large‑scale projects that improve efficiency, standardize processes, and enable data‑driven decision‑making.
🔹 What You’ll Do
✅ Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional HR projects
✅ Manage multiple enterprise initiatives across technical & non‑technical domains
✅ Drive HR process standardization, transformation, and continuous improvement
✅ Partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, IT, Finance, Legal, and operational leaders
✅ Develop dashboards, metrics, and executive‑ready reporting
✅ Support change management, communications, and adoption strategies
✅ Facilitate governance, steering committees, and escalation paths
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or similar
✔ 3 years of experience leading enterprise or cross‑functional projects
✔ Proven success in matrix environments and large‑scale initiatives
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Experience with both systems/data‑driven and process‑driven projects
✔ Certification preferred: PMP, Agile, Prosci, SHRM‑CP/SCP
⭐ Nice to Have
➕ Master’s degree
➕ Experience in healthcare or academic medical center environments
➕ HRIS or analytics exposure (Workday, PeopleSoft, Visier)
➕ Advanced reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics experience
