What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at The Judge Group?
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the Crane Intellectual Capital process and support employee development.
- Lead HR initiatives including onboarding, training (LMS), performance management, and compensation.
- Manage salary administration, benefits projects, and wage/benefit analysis.
- Support recruitment strategies for exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
- Drive continuous improvement through active participation in the Crane Business System and kaizen events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Broad HR knowledge across employee relations, compensation, talent management, and compliance.
- Proven ability to partner with leadership and drive change.
