Description
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a FSQS Clerk in Greensboro, NC area!
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and generate reports for production, SSOP, sensory evaluations, and error tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation to support compliance and audit readiness
- Prepare, package, and ship product samples according to established procedures
- Support traceability exercises to ensure product accountability and regulatory compliance
- Ensure production forms, documentation, and supplies are stocked and readily available
- Assist with the execution and coordination of sensory programs
- Provide cross-functional support by stepping in for FSQS Technicians, Supervisors, or the HACCP Coordinator as needed
- Help oversee team activities and ensure operational continuity when covering key roles
- Strong computer and reporting skills
- Understanding of food safety processes (HACCP/SSOP)
- Ability to analyze data and communicate effectively
